About your team
The Digital Experience team is part of the Regional Digital Marketing team, and provides digital solutions across our online customer-facing platforms, focusing on improving user experience across transactional sites, public websites and mobile apps. The team places itself in a leading position to respond and adapt in a continuously evolving ecosystem to achieve Fidelity's strategic goals, deliver best in class digital experiences to our customers, driven by customer insights and demands across APAC Marketing & different business areas (Wholesale, Institutional, Workplace Investing and Personal Investing).
About your role
As a Digital Experience Manager, your role will work in partnership with colleagues from the wider APAC marketing team and business stakeholders to drive strategic change and continuous improvements for the public website platform, managing different stages of the process from discovery, define, through to development via the technology scrum team. You will lead discovery activities, work with analytics and research colleagues to draw insights to form the strategic roadmap, define requirements, brief designers, manage the design cycles, and work with the technology scrum team to deliver the solution. You will also have the opportunity to work on digital marketing projects and campaigns.
With knowledge in UX and content management, you will also advise marketing stakeholders and work with the overseas content publishing team on the best way to present content using the pre-defined templates, position content within an information architecture for the most optimal user journey, drawing insights from research and data if necessary.
The role is based in Hong Kong but supports stakeholders throughout the APAC region, partners closely with overseas teams and builds on cross-region sharing with counterparts. It works as a conduit between other teams in the APAC Marketing department & the business and the design & development teams.
About you
Join us if have passion in delivering excellent digital-first user experience to customers, have prior experience in managing websites and the following describes you:
• Capable of initiating and collaborating with UX and UI designers in design activities, and able to review or interrogate UI designs. Proficient in applying design thinking principles to drive user-centric solutions and enhance overall user experience.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and prior experience conducting user research.
• Proficient in using data to drive continuous improvement and new initiatives, with experience using Adobe Analytics, feedback tools, Adobe Target or working with data analytics teams.
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Experience in using JIRA, writing user stories and working in Agile teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills and/or project management skills
• Proficient in English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin
